Bbt is confusing me ugh 🤦🤷
Hey guys I havent been able to chart my bbt right as I wake up so I have been doing it at 8 for the past two days but today didnt get to it til 9 im using a bbt thermometer. Does my chart look alright? Or should I just not chart if I cant do it right as I wake?
