High Risk??

Ok, so I am not currently pregnant however I have a question. When I had my son his umbilical cord was short and the placenta was small. I also had to be induced at 40+6 due to no dilation or effacment and I didn't have my son until 41+2. Anyway I asked my doctor what could have caused those things and would he consider me high risk for my next pregnancies because of it. He didn't really give an answer to my first question, but he said I wouldn't be considered high risk in the future. My question is do you think I should be? I am very worried because he was also small for 41+2 and had trouble breathing so he had to be put on oxygen. He was only 7lbs 14oz. and they took him away after about five minutes to the nursery so he could be put on oxygen. He had to stay in there for around 8 hours.
