So I’m 8-9 dpo. Last night I was extremely nauseated and actually ended up throwing up three times. I also ran a fever that got to 100.1. Late last evening I had some very light pink spotting and this morning I had the same, maybe a little bit more. My symptoms last night seemed like a stomach flu? I also have a headache, Lower backache,dizziness, and tired. I don’t know if these are symptoms of implantation or if I’m actually sick. Today I just have nausea but no vomiting and no fever but still am dizzy, have a headache and backache. Thoughts?
