When are you introducing whole milk

We are headed home (across the country) 5 days before our LO turns 1 so we are introducing milk one week early in order to get her accustomed. I dont see any issues.

Our doctor advised us not before 12 months, so that's what I am going with. I dont really use cows milk and absolutely do not drink it (even as a child I didnt like it). So she will have some but our doctor gave us some more nutritious alternatives (compared to coconut milk which is what's currently in the house). Only I can't remember what those are and will ask again at our next appointment lol.

My son has been on cows milk for about 3 months now.

I’m planning breastfeeding in the AM and at bedtime. In between she can have some cows milk. I’m personally exhausted from pumping 4 times a day being a working Mom and trying to maintain my supply. I am looking forward to sleeping 8 hours straight without having to wake up at 2 am to pump.

11 months, she was fully off bottle and formula a week before her first birthday. 
She had been on strike of drinking formula other than bed for 2 weeks prior to me starting to transition her.
