When to seek medical help!! Please help!!

Hey ladys I'm about 9 weeks and a couple days, for the past two weeks I have had horrible nausea but it has progressively gotten worse today I have vomited 4 times and I cant eat or drink anything I feel miserable and I'm weak and in and out of it all day. I'm trying not to be dramatic so I haven't gone to see a doctor about it. But I'm thinking maybe its time to go to urgent care....but my family made me feel like I'm being dramatic so I just need some advice on what you would do. I dont want to lose the baby due to malnuritment and I cant take my prenatals.
