When to call the doctor

How late was your period before you got concerned enough to go to the doctor? 7 days late and negative pregnancy test for me.

Answer

Since I had no other physical symptoms besides a late period, I waited about 3 weeks before I called. All that appointment was to remind me that sometimes missed periods happen for a number of reasons, and it is a normal thing. Unless it's frequently happening multiple months, then it could be an issue they need to check out. 
Call your Dr and see what their opinion is though.

I’ve been 8 days late. I think I’d call if it was like 2-3 weeks late.

I’d wait. My period is somethings over 10 days late because of stress. The more you think of it the longer it’ll be. At least wait another week.
