Im about 7-8 weeks with twins. I just lost my first baby at 36 weeks in June due to placental abruption. I’m very anxious, nervous, scared, but I am also so thankful for this. I seen both their little heartbeats, so that made me feel a little better of course! Anyone else in a similar situation? How does my ultrasound look? Does the separate sacs guarantee that they are fraternal? Also if they are in separate sacs does that mean I have two placentas?
