Does she suck her thumb or fingers? My daughter sucks her left hand so her left check gets a bit chapped from the salvia I think. I put some baby aquaphor and that seems to help.

Is it for sure a rash? It just kind of looks like a rosy cheek. Which can be a sign of teething. Though if it's only that cheek, then maybe not. I'm sorry, I'm not sure.

Calendula cream. It’s prob from saliva/drool. My first got random rashes/skin irritation from drooling, especially when she was teething and Calendula Cream worked really well, and it’s all natural.
