Yes! I believe that sex workers prevent a lot of sex crimes.

In Nevada outside of Clark County, being a prostitute is 100% legal & its a great job if you can hack it. Most of the time the guys don't want sex, they just want to talk because the women in their life or lack there of a crazy. 
My dad always said, stripping, prostitution if legal is just as good as working at burger king because if it wasn't good pay, you wouldn't do it! As long as its legal, who cares!
