Keto and Ovulation
I have not been able to detect ovulation since starting Keto in August. My last cycle lasted 51 days! I just noticed blood streaked clerical mucus too on day 22. My typical cycles before I started Keto was 35 days. Anyone else experience this? We are trying to conceive too!
