Probably chemical. I Also had the same in August. Positive test, that NIGHT horrible cramps and bleeding, negative then another positive test 2 days later. A blood test confirmed I still had hcg in my system and my doc explained a chemical pregnancy. I’m so sorry if that’s what it is. You will get through it! ♥️
