Ok so to start I have PCOS and haven’t ovulated in quite some time. I have been taking Maca root and vitex to try to ovulate, well I believe it is working! According to this app I ovulated on the 10th. I have been cramping which ranges from dull achy pain to sometimes pretty sharp constant pain on my right side for about 4 days now along with some spotting which is brownish pink. The spotting has almost completely stopped, but the cramping is still here. This might be tmi, but I tried to go poop and the pushing motion is causing the cramping pain to be worse! Is this ovulation? Maybe it’s painful because I haven’t ovulated in so long...
