Curious to know, for the ones who are already dilated, did you start loosing your mucus plug before you found out you were dilated or after ?

I’m 36 weeks, 4 1/2 cm dilated and I’ve seen a drastic increase in mucus discharge. It’s quite disgusting tbh 😂

At 35 weeks i wasn’t dilated, but my cervix was starting to thin, and sex helps you thin, and well my boyfriend has been out of town for the past 2 weeks. So I’m waiting lol. But I’ve been feeling kind of crappy down there today..

I feel like I’ve been loosing piece my entire pregnancy. But I’ve been 1cm since 33 weeks and I’m 35 now. And since being 1cm I’ve had MUCH more discharges and mucus plug chunks coming out. It does regenerate tho! So I’m thinking that’s gonna be my normal till actual labor is near

37w, got checked at 36w2d and was at 1cm... I've been loosing small bits of mucus my whole pregnancy, it regenerates 🤷

I found out after I lost my mucus plug about a week but I’m only 1/2 cm dilated not even effaced but I’m only 34 weeks and 2days so still really early

I have been dilated to 2 cm and 60% effaced for almost 2 weeks. Did not lose my plug... BUT just a couple minutes ago I went to the bathroom and finally lost like 2 decent sized pieces 🤩😁😁😁 I’m 37+2

Dont know if im dialated yet but 36 weeks and 4 days and im pretty sure ive been losing my mucus plug little by little the past 3 or 4 days
