How do I prepare my body?
I have PCOS. I don’t ovulate. I have “cycles” sometimes 2 a month and they aren’t real. Not going to go into the history. We want to start trying to conceive beginning of next year. My Dr told me to get on a good prenatal. I have two questions. 1. What is the best brand out there?
2. What is the best way to prepare my body for a future pregnancy?
I’m not overweight. I work out. Nutrition needs work.
