Is this my plug? Going into labor?

I’m 37 weeks for a cervical check yesterday and was 2cm & 80% thinned. Been super crampy. Is this my plug and is labor coming soon?

It’s could be a part of it. Or just the start to it coming out. My close friend had the same thing like this but I didn’t think it was but she went to the er and they said it was the start of her plug expelling.
