So I really need help here... I’m 21 and I’m about maybe 16 weeks I won’t know for sure until tomorrow. However, my boyfriend and me have been together for about a year 3months. Well he honestly told me already that he has no interest in marring me and said “if we stay together we stay together if not I’ll always support my kid but you will be dead to me.” He wants the baby’s last name his last name but I want the baby’s last name in mine because I’m not married to him or ever will be... also our age difference is big so I guess that’s why he won’t marry me... but I need help...

Should the baby’s last name be in his name or mine?..

So I am finally on my own and worry about just me and my baby. The baby is going to have my last name after all. when we broke up he only cares for the baby and said he will be a real man and take care of his responsibilities which is fine he can do his part. However, I am nothing to him no more. I am just someone who carries his child. I am getting my stuff from his house and moving home to my parents house.
