Castor oil Packs
Hello Ladies :)
Had a miscarriage a week and 3 days ago at 10 weeks. I was thinking of doing a castor oil pack to help with the cleaning and also help with fertility and Preparation once I am ready to ttc. I have stopped bleeding but have light brown spotting. Any thoughts on this?
