In Need of Support
So...my beautiful daughter is 4 days old. I tried breastfeeding and it didn't work, so we switched to formula.
I was holding out hope that once my milk came in, I could pump for her. I tried for the first time tonight and I didn't feel better. I still felt anxious and unhappy.
So I am starting to consider exclusively formula feeding.
If I choose this, what do I need to know about letting my milk supply dry up?
I am really in need of support through this right now.
