Vitamins to help Conceive?

Hey ladies!! I know this might be far fetch but, has anyone taken over the counter vitamins to help get pregnant?? I’ve been thinking about trying them but I’m unsure. Help?

I’ve been using vitamins available to me via our business with amway. I’m using the double x if anything happens and I feel like it’s worth mentioning if I do manage to conceive I’ll post and let everyone know 🤷🏼‍♀️

Vitamins can help prepare your body for a pregnancy and it's is extremely good to start taking a multivitamin or prenatal when trying to conceive especially if you know you have a certain vitamin deficiency, however they are not quite fertility aid. It's really good to start taking folic acid when ttc because it can help prevent birth defects of the baby's brain and spinal cord.

Prenatal one a day vitamins has worked for me alongside being off depo for 1 year, & having regular periods for 9 months straight.
