I would say it’s possible, but not likely at all. Especially if there was time between it getting on your hand and you fingering yourself. Sperm needs to be in a certain environment at a warm temperature to survive. Maybe if it got on your finger and then you immediately fingered yourself it would be more likely, but even then I would say the chances are slim.
