Do you count day one of 2 week wait same day or after insemination?? 🤔

It's not based on insemination. 1 DPO is the day after you ovulated. Can be hard to pinpoint the exact day, but using BBT an a Opk can help. So you ovulate on Tuesday, Wednesday is day 1 post. Thursday is day 2. And so on.
