7th month TTC

i am currently on my monthly, and my boyfriend and I are going into our 7th month of "lowkey ttc". he believes that it will happen when it is meant to happen, so he doesnt want me spending any money on ways to concieve faster. does anyone have any advice for things we could do this month that may make it actually happen for us? (we have an almost 2 year old son aswell)
