My almost 7month old doesn’t settle down to sleep no matter what . It has been the case since about 3 months but it has been increasing . He would not settle at all for a nap/ sleep. And cries his eyes out if we try to put him to sleep. Ever Since he gained neck stability, if we carry on shoulder to put him to sleep, he would keep liftingghead up & looking around , dark room, Indian hammock , patting on back, singing , swaying , rocking , babywearing nothing helps. And once he falls asleep, if his sleep gets disturbed , he would wake up and cry buckets (patting his hands on thighs very fastly) no matter how much ever we try to soothe him/ cuddle him , he would refuse and cry more. Is something wrong ? I am beginning to worry a lot now because of this unstoppable crying.
