I would describe it as very loose stool, arguably diarrhea. If it has the consistency of pure liquid, it’s diarrhea. It absorbs like pee would into a diaper bc it’s that watery.

I go by this chart. My son hasn't had poop like this so far at 4 month's, but referring to the chart it seems normal. If anything maybe he's teething (greenish tan)
