Starting exercise while pregnant
Hi guys, the last 4-5 months I have not been too too active! I used to be an avid gym goer! But fell off the wagon hehe. I have recently found out I am expecting and really want to get back into fitness as have heard can really help with labour and delivery! But not sure about starting when been so long? Thinking long walks and maybe some mini trampoline exercise? Rebounder! Has anyone heard of it? Can anyone put in any advise if should maybe just stick to walking alone or if starting some cardio again slowly and build up would be ok? Thanks x
