Rash or pimples on 4wk old’s cheeks
My 4wk old started having some pimples on his cheek, small dots. A couple of days later there were more of them and his other cheek has them also.
He still has his pimples other places on his body but I’m afraid this might be different since there are close to each other.
Is this a common thing or should I talk to my pediatrician about it?
