I go in for a laparoscopy the last day of november . She is gonna remove a possible endometrioma on my left ovary. Hopefully the endometriosis wont be to bad , but she did tell me that after the surgery was my best chance at conceiving. My husband and I have never really tried. I'm thinking she is gonna put me on femara to induce ovulation after the surgery. Is there anyway to plan it out ahead of time. I imagine January will be our first try AMD we are going to disney the last week. Is there any side effects that would keep me from having fun on vacation? Maybe taking provera to manipulate my period so I can ovulate before ?!
