Pregnant and concerned

Hey ladies idk exactly how far along I am because I had irregular periods BUT my Obgyn is assuming I’m at 5 weeks at 2 days my hcg came back at 2,006 and last week at 4 weeks and 2 days my hcg was only 40. Am I over thinking ? Or does my hcg seem a little low ?

I’m on progesterone suppositories and I’ve had two miscarriages in the past.
