Looking for similar sleep schedule..
My sweet girl sleeps from 8:30pm-7:30am with 2 wake ups. Does anyone else’s baby have a similar nighttime schedule that could tell me what daytime naps look like?
We’re struggling to pinpoint when she should be napping, and letting her decide on her own leads to a nap wayyy to late in the day where she tries to go to sleep for the night at like 5:30 or 6.
