Bad Mom
I feel like such a bad mom. I'm so overwhelmed with everything going on. I finally broke down and made a therapy appointment hopefully it helps sort through whatever's going on. Does admitting that you need help make you a bad mom? Why are moms supposed to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Why is it that if a mom asks for help she's looked down on.
