Confused....

I just finished my period, cycle day 5. For fun I thought I would take an ovulation test starting as soon as my period was over to figure out, hey maybe I ovulate sooner then I thought, and I got a very positive ovulation test. That was this morning. Took another this evening and positive again right away. Then took this HCG and it was positive right away..... can this happen?? I just had a regular period.....

Edit*** called the doctors office and they think I’m having a miscarriage due to bleeding like a period. Taking HCG tests to see if the levels go up or down. Wish me luck!!!!
