Headaches and Burping

It probably sounds weird, but when I was pregnant with my 1st, I had constant headaches and the burping felt like nonstop. Unfortunately I had a mc. This past week I started getting the same thing again.. has anyone had similar symptoms??

Btw AF is not regular so I’m not sure how many DPO
