Don't have a birthing ball.. so, I've been dancing! Wobble by vic has me going.. and i move my hips like you would on a ball.

I’m 38+4. I’ve been bouncing on my ball and yesterday I was 2 cm 80% effaced and baby’s head was right there. I’m gonna keep bouncing in hopes that it helps me dilated some more!

Baby wasn’t dropped last week and spent all week bouncing and rotating on the ball, found out he’s dropped now but still no dilation or softening of the cervix.

On Thursday I was only a fingertip dilated. Got a ball yesterday and bounced on it for a few hours through the day. Went to my appointment this morning and I was 3 cm dilated and apparently had lost my mucus plug. I think it helped.
