I’m a FTM, and was checked yesterday, 1 cm dilated, 30% effaced, -1 station and my cervix “has come forward/anterior”. My midwife was impressed with my stats since this is my first baby. Tips on getting this process rolling further? I am so uncomfortable and in pain.
