I’m 7 weeks this week with twins. I had light spotting (brown old blood) throughout the day today. Woke up at 11 tonight to pee and had red blood in my pants, when I wiped, and had a decent sized clot. I called the on call doctor and he asked all kinds of questions. I told him the last scan (last Monday) showed both good heartbeats and everything. As soon as I said twins he said oh that’s totally normal then. Some bleeding/clots are a normal thing with multiples in early pregnancy. Did anyone have this and everything end up okay????? I’m terrified! He told me to come in first thing in the morning if I wanted to and he’d do a scan to double check, which I will be doing.
