Mole removal while breastfeeding?

Has anyone had miles removed by breastfeeding? I noticed one has got darker and I know they use a numbing agent injected to remove it so it concerns me with breastfeeding a 8 week old

Yes I have, my LO was only a few weeks old and it went smoothly. The local anaesthetic only acts on the tissue it’s injected into so no problem with feeding etc - don’t worry!

There’s stuff they can give you without lidocaine but it’s safe anyway

Sometimes they have lidocaine mixed with epinephrine so ask for it without the epinephrine
