I am getting bloodwork done to help check my hormones and NO ONE at horizon will tell me how much it will cost me. They told me they have contractual agreements and pricing with the lab but no one could tell me what those prices are.

My lab has a cash program with a 50% discount if you don’t use insurance so I am going to play it safe and do that since those costs are certain but I just had to vent about health insurance in the US. There is 0 transparency and during a time like this when I’ll need a lot of testing it is infuriating!!!!
