Low hcg levels. Help!!!

So I really have no idea how far along I am. My last period was October 9-15. I didn’t ovulate until sometime between November 2-4th (I cramp when I ovulate and got positive test those days). I took a test Monday and have been getting faint positives 15 at that and I got my hcg level checked yesterday and it was only at an 8. So either I’m super early or am going to miscarry.

Anyone have low levels and they double okay? I go back tomorrow to see if they’ve doubled or not. I’m terrified 😭
