Bleeding

I took 3 tests on Saturday and they were all positive along with a digital that said pregnant. I’m waiting to hear back from the nurse, but i woke up this morning and when i went to the bathroom there was blood and a clot in the toilet after peeing. I’m still bleeding not super heavy but enough that I’m concerned. Do you think this is a for sure miscarriage? And if it is how long do you usually wait after a miscarriage. I’m only 4.5 weeks
