Could this be implantation bleeding

Hello! I had unprotected sex on the 7th of November which was 2 days after my projected ovulation date. On the 13th I went to the restroom in the late evening and wiped and saw I had very light pink blood with very mild cramps It stopped a couple hours later. Today I went to the bathroom and had very light brown blood when I wiped with no cramps . My usual period started with dark old period blood with a mix of fresh red blood but this is something I’ve never had.... also on October 3 I took a plan b but I still had a regular period that month . Could the plan b be causing me to have this light spotting ? I am on oral birth control ... could this be implantation bleeding ?
