So I’m with this guy for 6 months , whenever we text each other and I say something romantic like I miss you or wish you were here he replies awwww???? What does this indicate or mean? (He texts me more and sends me romantic emojis all the time)
***Why can’t he just reply miss you too .. am I over thinking and over analysing?

Has he ever actually said the any of those things to you at all with out you initiating? If not when you say them and that is all you get. I would think he's not having the same feelings and doesn't want to hurt your feelings by saying something he doesn't reciprocate yet.

I think it’s a good response. He feels confident enough to show his appreciation of the level of affection you’re showing him. If he was weirded out by it, he wouldn’t reply at all. 
Do you give him a chance to miss you? Guys think differently to us women. We’re not on their minds as much as they’re on ours. He might not be on the same level as you yet, but that doesn’t mean he won’t get there.

I think he means "thats so sweet or thoughtful" . The fact he is not saying it back though...maybe stop saying you miss him, he may think it's sweet bit not feel the same way.
