Got a soft cup today. Currently on day 3 of my period. You guys, this is a game changer. I can’t even tell I have it in place. I got the Lena one. Comes with a lighter flow cup and a heavy flow cup. Usually on day 3 I am fairly heavy but this cycle I am lighter. I just got it today so I am really curious to see how it does with a heavy flow day but so far its been great! Easy to insert, easy to remove! After this cycle I plan on using it to help keep sperm closer to my cervix after sex 😬
