6 days missed period

Last month we were so happy we stayed positive we thought it was definitely this was going to be our month but all I got was a BFN 😞... Struggling with some PCOS and Anovulation. It sucks I keep getting negative ovulation tests and negative pregnancy tests and here goes my sister in law messing around with a married man and accidentally getting pregnant 🙄.. I really want to come into the new year pregnant
