Implant what are your periods like?

This is incomparison to after the implant was put in. Just had one done myself so rather curious :)

I had it and I had constant bleeding for 8 months straight. Sometimes it was a regular flow, other times it was just spotting, I maybe had a couple weeks peppered throughout that I wasn’t bleeding. The doctor said the pill “may” help but it was awful and I didn’t feel like going on the pill JUST so it would “maybe” fix itself. 
My doctor also said it was normal to continuously bleed for the first six months which is why I gave it that long. Tried to stick it out for as long as I could but in the end I hated it.

I had none for the first year and then it continued for 35 days. I'm on a pill now also to regulate it

Well I had nothing for the first month then continuous non-stop (but light) bleeding for three months. Went on the pill for a bit which controlled the bleeding. Came off the pill and didn't have a period for two years. Started having periods again last month, took pill for once month just in case but stopped after three weeks because they're normal (thank god!) Getting it removed next january and think i'll get another one. Those two years were bliss. 
If you start bleeded constantly, go to the docs and they'll give you the pill to control it and then just try and come off it when you're body is ready. Bleeding consistently is quite common so don't worry! Periods now are pretty light :)

Superrr light but last 12 days in a 29 day cycle, some days I can get away with not wearing a tampon/pad. My friend however has her period for 6 months straight so had it removed.
