Almost 15 weeks and cant get myself to eat healthy😭

I'll be 15 weeks Friday and I can't seem to eat healthy. I feel like I'm always eating fries or potatoes. Which I did before I was pregnant. I haven't really changed my diet since I got pregnant. Now I'm obviously worried about gestational diabetes. Do I still have time to turn it around before I do the test later in my pregnancy. Is there any advice on meals and what to eat? I'm not super picky. I just feel horrible. I did add fruits and veggies recently for breakfast and snack but I know it's not enough
