Wellness check

I am getting established with a new dr. It’s not a gyno or anything it’s just a general dr. Will he ask if I’m sexually active? And will he do it with my mom in the room? If I tell him yes will he give me a std test? And will he do a Pap smear or a pelvic exam or is that totally up to me and the parent that is with me?
