So this is my second pregnancy, I only gained about 2 lbs. And the baby weighs 1 lb 11oz, I am 27 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had extreme low BP i called nurses and hospitals and was told it’s normal. Unless I have vaginal bleeding; Mild cramping as if I’m going to start my period. For the past 2 days I’ve been having nose bleeds. Constant headaches.

Is this normal? My OB thinks nothings wrong and when I went to the hospital they told me everything is ok but I don’t feel like it is.
