Head down or up?

So ive only had 1 ultrasound at 20 weeks and my baby was heads up then. Im now 30 weeks and 3 days  i have no clue if hes still heads up or not. Looks like i wont be getting another ultrasound which is ok im just worried that hes still heads up and i cant tell. I usually feel a hard ball at the very top of my stomach and i think its his head. But does anyone know how to tell if hes heads up

You can feel by pushing on your belly where baby is. One good indication is if baby moves when you push on the hard area. So let’s say you find that hard part when you push it does it budge at all and does baby move. If he/she moves it’s probably it’s butt if no movement more than likely your pushing on their head. The head will be a lot harder than their butt. 
I could tell very easy with my first but this baby my placenta is in front so I have a lot of difficulty. But I can normally I can feel the butt but her head is too hard down for me to feel. 
Also you can get an idea but the kicks/movement. Hand jabs will be less powerful than a kick so whichever area feels more “painful” during a kick/hit is the feet.

Your doctor or midwife will be able to tell. I don’t know how they do it but with my daughter they knew she was head down by feeling around my belly.

My OB checked the presentation of my babe at 32 weeks by feeling my abdomen. Usually they get into their final position by 36 weeks or so. So you’ve got time if your babe isn’t heads down yet.

My ob was able to feel around and know where his butt was and his foot. I have no idea how she knew because later that night I tried to feel where she felt him and couldn’t figure it out lol.
