What can you do at 24 weeks for constipation FAST !!!!!! can you use Glycerin Suppositories

Ask your gp. There are a lot of things you can't take. They should be able to just answer over the phone. Try more natural things like prunes ans prune juice. Dont take stool softeners.

Yes you can use glycerin suppositories. Was just on the phone with an on call nurse a few weeks ago and she suggested that. Good luck!!! She also told me to start taking Colace daily!

I’ve been suffering from the same thing! My nurse practitioner suggested that I try calm magnesium. It’s a powder supplement.  You just mix 1/2 tsp with water at night before bed. I’ve been taking it for three days now and have felt some relief!! I got mine at a local grocery store but I’ve seen it on amazon too!

i would eat a lot of like bran cereal and foods i know helped me go!! i found the food remedies helped me the most
