57 Days Late AF

So AF is 57 days late at first I thought I had gotten pregnant (I was happy) but I wasn't. I had my Mirena IUD removed in July of this year has two AF's and now she is late. I am going to make an appointment with my Family Doctor tomorrow. But can anyone tell me why AF is so late thanks
